How often did that contact happen?

Did you have influence over commercial terms, service delivery, or account decisions for them, or was your involvement limited to broad, non-account-specific marketing?

Would that contact reasonably remember and associate you personally as a relationship holder, rather than just someone from Lifetime's marketing team?

Did you gain customer-specific commercial insight through the contact, needs, budget, renewal timing, decision-makers?

Awareness without direct contact

Were you specifically briefed on this account, CRM notes, pipeline reviews, account planning, in a way that gave you real insight into their relationship with Lifetime?

Was that knowledge specific and commercially sensitive, or just general, company-wide awareness that Lifetime works with them?
